Alzhanov Maksat Kabykenovich
Experience
Maksat Kabykenovich has extensive experience and expertise in Kazakhstan's financial sector.
He started his career in 1994 by joining TsentrBank as an Expert in Economics. Till 2020, he held key management positions and was a member of the Management Board of Bank CenterCredit, BCC-Moscow Bank, and BCC Invest.
He has chaired the Board of Directors of Standard Life Insurance Company JSC since 2017 and the Board of Directors of Standard Investment Company JSC since 2021.
Education
- Diploma in Economics from the Market Institute at the Kazakh State Academy of Management.
Dronin Alexander Vladimirovich
Experience
Alexander started his career at Nurbank as Tax Account Specialist in 2003. Later, he joined the Computorg LLC startup as the Financial Director.
In 2008, his career continued at BCC Invest. Over 14 years, he held the positions of Risk Manager, Head of the Finance Department, and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
He participated in the Nomad Digital Finance Services project and has worked as an Independent Director and Advisor on Strategic Investments for Standard Life insurance company since 2020.
He is an Independent Director of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
From 2023, he has been the Strategic Consultant at Standard Investment Company JSC.

Kuatova Aisulu Anvarovna
Expirience
Aisulu started her career in 2012 as an Auditor Assistant at the International Audit Company. After two years, she joined the BCC Invest team as an Internal Auditor.
In 2015, Aisulu took the position of Deputy Director on Regional Support and effectively worked for four years in this capacity, addressing strategic challenges and improving internal processes. Later, she headed the Internal Support Department. There, she developed and optimized back systems, and arranged accurate and timely settlements of customer transactions and funds managed by the company.
In 2021, Aisulu joined the Standard team.

Baygamitova Tanguli Khakimovna
Experience
Tanguli Khakimovna started her career as an Accountant at a state-owned bank in Semipalatinsk in 1984. She worked as Chief Accountant in commercial banks till 1997.
Then, she was the Chief Accountant and Deputy Chairman of the Board at Oil Insurance Company, JSC for 23 years.
Since 2021, she has been an Independent Director - Member of the Management Board of Standard Investment Company, JSC.
